Nutrition & Lifestyle Consult
This consult form is suited for dog parents who wants to walk the extra mile to ensure that their dog is living their healthiest and happiest life. A tailored nutrition plan and a clean lifestyle can help prevent a variety of diseases down the line. This consult form is for those who generally have a healthy dog without any severe diagnosis that are not currently taking any medication (other than "preventives"). In the Nutrition & Lifestyle Consult we will go through: - Potential toxins that may be lurking in your dogs environment and how to limit the exposure. - Stressors negatively affecting your pet and solutions available. - Tools to improve the mental wellbeing of your dog. - Discuss current anti-parasitic treatment. - Answer any questions you may have regarding desexing. - How to optimize their diet/create a nutritionally balanced fresh food diet. A pdf summary document and a bone/fish/veggie chart will be sent to you by email following the consult.
Nutrition only
Only interested in a nutrition consult for your otherwise healthy pet? This is a shorter consult form only discussing diet. Pick the "Nutrition only" option below. If you want to include a longer discussion on environmental toxins, stressors, desexing and anti parasitics, please choose the "Nutrition & Lifestyle" option.
Follow-up
Want a follow up to your nutrition only/nutrition & lifestyle consult? This shorter consult form is for guidance for already registered clients as well as an introductory consult/new clients that have general questions they want discussed with a holistic veterinarian. Keep in mind that if the consult exceeds the time limit (30 minutes), we may need to schedule a second follow-up appointment. If you are a referral client, please choose the follow up under "Holistic referral" as this requires more preparation and admin time on our side.

Wanting a second opinion from an integrative vet? Maybe trying a holistic approach to your pets chronic illness? Treating allergies with diet, supplements and lifestyle modifications, managing chronic inflammatory conditions with minimal drug use, holistic alternatives to cancer, or support your arthritic pet with more natural alternatives? You're in the right place. If you book any other consult form and your dog has underlying health issues, we will not be able to give you a proper tailored plan. Send us an email with a summary history of your pet, and we will get in touch with you shortly. If we are a good match to help you, we will ask you to request a referral from your local vet, including all the medical history to be sent to our email address. We will then set a date and time for online consultation. DO NOT BOOK until we have confirmed that the medical history is received.
